Payment
Following our consultation and your instruction to proceed, a deposit of 50% of the total stationery price is required on booking. This is to ensure that all materials required to fulfil the order are sourced at time of booking.
Once you have approved all design samples, a final payment of the outstanding 50% is required before the remainder of your stationery can be produced. Delays in the approval of orders may affect your delivery dates.
Please note: Delivery, production and payment dates will be discussed and agreed during consultation as this can vary according to order size and event date.
Refunds and Cancellations
All payments made are non-refundable.
Any cancellations must be made in writing as soon as possible.
Branding
All stationery produced will have the Rsvp Handmade Stationery Ltd logo on the back.
All stationery designs may be used for promotional purposes.

It is the responsibility of the client to proof read their stationery. Rsvp Handmade Stationery Ltd cannot be held responsible for any errors once the design sample and wording has been signed off by the client.
